Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When are you available?
    • We are available to take calls and consultations between 6pm-10pm CST Monday through Thursdays and Weekend mornings before 10am. However there’s no harm in trying to reach us outside of those windows– just be respectful of timing (please no calls before 7am or after 10pm CST). We are available for bookings all day on Saturday and Sunday and after 8pm on Fridays (possibly sooner depending on event location)
  2. What payment options do you accept?
    • We can accept credit or debit card payments or checkout via Square on the site. No cash will be accepted outside of tip
  3. Can I still request an event if I haven’t booked a venue yet?
    • Yes, you can still request an event, just put “na” in the address field on the Book Now page. Event location must be confirmed by 30 days from booking or risk cancellation
  4. Do you provide customized backdrops?
    • Right now, we do not have customized backdrops beyond what is available on the site, but please stay tuned for more backdrop/decor services in the future! We are also more than willing to set up in front of/along with a provided service of your choosing, if desired
  5. Do guests have the option to print their captures?
    • Unfortunately, we do not have that option just yet. We believe the option to text or email the photos to oneself is the best way to allow everyone access to their photos in the most durable way (less likely to get lost or damaged). Also, we like saving trees (and money) where we can!
  6. Why are your hours of operation so limited?
    • This is a small business with only one owner/employee, and it is not my only job. I recommend browsing the site and these FAQ’s before reaching out, as I worked hard to ensure this site would cover most inquiries to avoid frustration with my limited hours of operation
  7. The day of my event is grayed out. What does that mean?
    • We are booked or unavailable for that day
  8. Why is Monday- Thursday not available on the Event Calendar?
    • This is a small business with only one owner/employee, and it is not her only job. Unfortunately, that means we have limited hours of operation. If you are interested in booking us Monday- Thursday, please submit an inquiry on the Contact page or call/text directly at (832)356-8614 and we will let you know if we can make an exception (no guarantees, but I will always try to make my schedule work with clients)
  9. How do I book a consultation?
    • A link to our consultation booking page will be sent to you in the confirmation email automatically generated after booking, or I will send you the link directly if your booking is not scheduled on this site
  10. How soon can I request a consultation after booking?
    • You can schedule an event consultation as soon as your event is booked! A link to our consultation booking page will be sent to you in the confirmation email generated after booking, so make sure to read all emails!
